hey guys,
i recently got in some forum and seen some amazing topic - spamming IM's in yahoo with your website address and page where there is adsense code could leed to account suspension. what do big fishes think here about this practise. does it is against google policy? i know there is nuthin mentioned about IM's in the policy but is it still illegal?

You can only use websites to be legal.
No emails, desktop applications, IM's...etc.
