|
|
|
I have a site that runs adsense advertising, but I can't see them on my machine (running IE6) - I've looked everywhere for a fix, but of course most people are asking how to turn advertising off. I can see them when I use Firefox. And whilst this might seem like a good thing - it's driving me crazy...
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I run spybot and had ms antispyware - (which is now disabled)... oh this is also an occasional disappearing thing, which makes it MORE frustrating...
Oh no... perhaps I have offended the Google Gods ....
Thanks in advance!

| How long has it been? It's normal for the ads to temporarily disappear. |

| It's normal for the ads to temporarily disappear... really? I've been running adsense for about 3 months, and it's only over the last three weeks that the ads have been intermittently disappearing?? |

I have the same problem when I use IE6. If I open my site with Netscape, or I look at my site on my wife's computer, the ads are there and fine. The ads usually disappear for two or three days, then they come back like nothing is wrong.
Is it possible that when you browse the site throughout the day, that Google pulls the ads thinking that I am padding the numbers?
I am the site admin and am always working on the site.
Any suggestions? |

I have the same problem and I have email to google team
they said :
| Quote: | Hi
Thank you for your email. I understand that you are interested in viewing an ad which previously appeared on a website participating in the Google AdSense program.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually retrieve ads which no longer appear on a publisher's website. Google AdSense uses technology that determines a web page's meaning and serves ads from our pool of AdWords advertisers that are relevant to that page at that moment.
For additional questions, we suggest you visit our AdSense Support site
at
https://www.google.com/support/adsense . If you're unable to find an
answer to your question on our site, please feel free to reply to this
email.
Sincerely,
Courtney

And I agree with that.
