There are a few features being discovered by Bloggers and just want to share it here:
Firstof all, Gmail has added a "Delete all SPAM" and "Delete all Trash"function. Now you can delete all SPAM and trash without going throughevery page. Here is more from ZDNet:

Thesecond feature is actually listed in the suggestion form located in theHelp Center, called "Apply filter to old messages.". This feature itlong awaited and is very very useful I could say.
