The Analytics invite system doesn't work like that. You have to wait in the queue until Google send you an invitation code.
You can join the queue here.

Oh, sorry. I did get into the queue but I am a little impatient, so because you have to wait for them, if there is someone out there who has waited in the queue but doesn't need an account any more, I will trade them 1000 GC$ for one.
