I wonder if anyone can help with my problem.

I was tracking my domain planet.com under a friends account.

Today I registered a new account via my Adwords account for another domain, selfbuild.com.

I then logged into this account and added planet.com as an additional domain to track.

At the planet.com homepage, I replaced the tracking code that was successfully sending stats to my friends Analytics account with the new code suggested in my new account.  It just changed the _uacct as you can imagine.

However, whenever I click on Check Status, it always reports "Tracking Unknown" as if I have not set up the code properly.  It has been the same now for several hours, so I dont think its a caching problem.  I have checked and double checked the code (Its at http://www.planet.com/Default.htm if you want to have a look), and to my eye it seems right:

<script src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" type="text/javascript">
</script>
<script type="text/javascript">
_uacct = "UA-520349-2";
urchinTracker();
</script>

right before the </BODY> tag

Whats more, this was working fine with the previous uacct.

I wonder if there is a knock-on effect from the fact it used to be (actually is still) registered to my friends account.  Unfortunatly, he is out of town and unable to delete it from his account for a while.  It would seem pretty strange though if him having it in his account (when he is not even the owner), prevented me from tracking it.  What would happen for example if I added amazon.com to my account - would Amazon not be able to track their own site?

Hopefully, I have done something stupid and one of your eagle eyes will spot it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Paul.
