Looking for anyone who has tips on Office 2000 ------ the story goes ........ I have Windows 2000 SP4 , running Office 2000 SR-1 , and I use Outlook 2003 client.

Problem = as soon as I install the Outlook 2003 client , all the hotkey functions are gone .....

Error Message ---- Word couldn't send mail becasue of MAPI failure ....

anyone got any idea's ?????
