Webmasters need to protect themselves from this, it's not Google's problem. If Google's crawler can find the information then any person clicking links can find it. That means the site is at fault, and those webmasters need to clean up their acts.
That's very true. Do you think that programs that find exploits in other computer systems should be at fault for an attack on the system or the system administrator himself for simply allowing that exploit to be there?
The best way would be not allowing the google to reach till the process page. I surely recommend the different algorithm to encrypt the database. You can always guide the bots,slurps to different section when its following query strings.
Is it not easy to simply add the section of processing pages in robot.txt file that search engine don't crawl from particular section/folder
