I made a site for my sister's soccer team and while it seems to be going alright for now, I am going to need to expand it a lot to hold new teams when they join the club. I made a css navigation bar that just has background rollovers. It's nothing too fancy, but I was wondering how I could store the whole thing in one... I guess link. The site will have tons of pages, and I don't want to be going through all of them each time I want to add a new tab to the menu. I'm not sure if this was very clear, but let me know what you think. The site is http:\\www.ladybugsoccer.com

Thanks,
Brent
p.s. If anyone wants to review the site, that would also be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brent,

If what your are going to do is having the menu part in other html archive, then you would need either of this to options:

Have a software do it, making a template or so, with the menu in it...

Program it with php, as I can see your hosting supports php, so you will "include" that html part of code that resides outside the pages, and make the server add it... As far as I know, this is the best way, and you will get best results on this...

Hope This helps, and in any case tell me if you need more advice

I may say that your design is pretty cool!!!

I dont really know too much about php. The calendar i'm using on the right side of the homepage is php, but one of my friends made it for me. I am trying to learn flash to liven the site up a bit, and I guess I can use a flash navigation bar once I get the hang of the program. I was hoping for a quick fix, but the php idea does sound good for later. Ill have to start reading about it.

Thanks for the advice.
Brent

Ok, just make a PHP site for every section a drive it with a database...

All sites are made like that (or almost all sites - good ones Razz )

Try creating a sample for every section an then form the HTML create the php file that will handdle the request...

Any information jus call me...

It wouldn't hurt to read about php and web programming... Cool
