I seem to always have Public service anouncements, sit that becouse a lack of good key words, or do I need to change something in my prefances.

I know for a fact that if your site is in a different language or has no text then you will get a public service announcement. But I dont know about your site.

A few things might be going on
1) Google mediabot has not yet crawled your site
2) there are no relevant ads
3) your site has a stop phrase

For #3, I mean that for some sensitive or highly controversial topics, Google might not show ads.

The add by defualt was on desplay text and picture adds. All the PSA where the Picture adds. So I swiched to to test adds only. The I checked my site, and it worked. No more PSA.
