I am offering anything between $2000 to $3000 GC if someone can me make a me a wordpress template with a logo header that I can edit. I wan something similar to this, if possible exactly the same except with the image header.

do you want me to make it so that you can specify the location of an image that you want to use as a logo?

Yes just make the header a image. That way I can easily edit the image.
