Hello all. I want to make this short and sweet. I'd like a layout for my blog, randy.joshrcc.com, named Randy's Blog. It's powered by Movable Type 3.0D, if that's important. I want the layout to be three column, logo at the top, two outside nav bars, and in the middle the content/blog section. I want it white, and simple, and to be sorta similar to boingboing.net. It has to be fully functional with MT 3.0D. Included must be a logo reading Randy's Blog. Depending on how good it is and what quality of work it is, I'll give $17,000GC.
Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
