I tried video.google.com, looks pretty good. I wonder what's the retention span of searchable closed caption text in video.google. Would be nice if you could download the closed caption text of the whole episode, instead of just snipets. Looks like it'll turn into a fun and useful site in the future. Read the logs of the show you missed when you're on a trip or something.
