Sort of off-topic but what's it with people wishing they were a level 60 mage like Shawn???  ...
If you don't have the .PSD file or a specialized .png file, it's not possible to edit it in the way I think you want to...yet. It's not possible because it's a rasterized binary image and there is no extra data to seperate the image into layers.
A few experts/pros though MIGHT be able to edit it. Ashley comes to mind at a time like this.

Ah sorry then I probably didn't understand at first...so if that is the case, I'm sure I've seen such a script before  . Search google for 'psd text changing script' or something like that.
