How Long Until Someone Blames Google For Making Confidential Info Available?

Obviously, that's a ridiculous idea -- but the idea of blaming those who "found" the security hole is nothing new. When you look back at that recent case of student information exposed, the guy seemed to blame Google by saying that the information was nearly impossible to find -- unless you had Google. So, while it hasn't happened yet, it seems like only a matter of time until we hear a lawsuit about someone who improperly secured their own info suing Google for finding it.
