| Try using HijackThis. Works for me. It scans key areas of the registry and hard drive. Try removing entries that looks suspiscous (like those listed as <no name>), and those that you're pretty sure doesn't belong to your computer. |

Regedit looks interesting. I can't use the Microsoft anti spyware as I have Windows 98.
My computer is operating very slowly again. I can find adware by doing a scan but deletion of it fails. I can then find these adware but I can't delete them.."cannot delete------access is denied. |
