i use mozilla suite for 2 years and i like, very easy to use, everything on one click, more options, and from my point of view more professional than firefox.
I don't know why everybody uses more firefox than mozilla suite, really. |

Ok, Teseo, you have convinced me to try it again. I shouldn't have boasted on the amount of downloads Firefox has had, because I really don't care who uses what. I want the 'best one' for me according to how I use it. It is going to be very interesting when IE 7 gets here and Google finally has one. I used Mozilla for a good while before there was a Firefox, it just seemed very attractive to switch at the time because it was so much less "bloated" and "lean and mean", but since then, I've added every conceiveable extension/add-on in the world to it, so it may be time to give the older gecko another shot.
Lol, You sure make it easy to download by leaving us the executable, you ought to be a salesman. Give me a few days to check everything out and I'll let you know what I think.
One last thing, what really freaks me out is the people who use Netscape instead of Mozilla ??, I mean , why not go straight to the source , and who knows what happens to it once it leaves there. _________________

I just saw this yesterday and thought someone might want to read up on the situation. I think they should concentrate on one browser and make it the best, they need to focus a little better to compete with IE 7, especially on security.

It will be cool in the end though, they can all focus on one really great browser and make it better than ever.
Everyone is so concerned about IE's security, but Firefox needs to concentrate on it as well. I know most people only attack M$, but there will be some that exploit its vulnerabilities sooner or later.
Please read this about Firefox security and this about a study that was released about a month ago. Thor Larholm of PivX Solutions ( senior security researcher) has a great product for IE. If you install it on XP there is no reason to have to upgrade to the Service Pack 2. Browser wars! |
