I think it's more of a jealousy act than anything else. They are claiming that Froogle is digging into their profits, and are tryinig to bully Google into a deal. Hopefully they'll lose.

Nice article HiddenNook, The outcome will be very interesting, especially since googles was trademarked 7 years before google was. The search engine will end up buying the toy company out before it's over with probably, just make them an offer they can't refuse and keep chugging along.They might go into some kind of very limited partnership though, will have to wait and see. I have purchased two domains with the name google in them, I hope the names don't give me any trouble someday, they (google) would swat me like a fly.
