I would like to place a video on my website. It was originaly a in a .3gp format but I can easyly convert it to a streaming video .rm file. I am using Microsoft Frontpage 2004, but have hardly any expereince and dont know how to place videos on. I would like them to look something like they do on http://news.bbc.co.uk/. Thanks
