Dynamically generated page content not page. I mean the pages are exist but their content might change dynamically....it's tooooo time consuming to build static pure html...

Yes Google does index dynamically generated pages, but they limit the amount they index. This is what Google says about it in the webmaster info:

I think its good to make as many static pages as you can afford. This helps build your internal linking structure. Another thing that will help you is a nice static sitemap with links to these dynamic pages so the SE's have a good point of reference.
