Most of my sites images are indexed by googe image. they are alway the first few images for certain keywords.... i wonder if they will do any good to the overall PR to my site...

If you are naming your graphics with your keyword phrase you will gain boosting in relevancy that way. Though you don't have to name all your images after your keyword phrase. Use moderation!
