Just wear old clothes. Regular wear.
It doesn't really hurt enough for you to care, and the changes of getting shot in the crotch are so very unlikely unless you just stand in the open facing them it's not even worth it to bother; if you play right you'll just go between objects to hide behind, so you're more likely to get shot in the side.
You'll want to make sure you have your neck covered up a bit, though. Getting shot in the larynx hurts a bit.

| It's Expensive and bloody hurts! but it's a good day out though. As long as you stick to the rules. Someone i know shot someone in the head at close range. He was told to walk into the woods on his own. We then heard a machine gun (only paintballs obviously) firing from behind us. With the sound of my mates screams echoing through the woods......how we laughed! |
