It's going to be on April 25th, the Windows Hardware Engineering Conference, should be really exciting to see what happens. Of course I can't attend, I'm a nobody, but I've been reading that they will talk about Longhorn and the 'concept' of the Athens PC from 2003. Very cool!  If you have Windows Media Player installed watch this about their concept please. Microsoft also has a new website, and be sure to have a look
at the video that has a lot of people scratching their heads as to what they are springing on us next!
What do you all think about all this?

 There is plenty of excitement to go around you guys!
It drives me loco not knowing what they will finally share with us. Tell me M$, tell me now!
Microsoft will Inspire you and take your money. There is no such thing as a free lunch, the discrepancy between rich and poor will remain regardless of M$. I'm poor, but I still want great products and services.

WinHEC's Longhorn Build 5048 leaks
Longhorn build 5048 leaked yesterday onto the web. It has some major graphical enhancements over build 4074. The .iso file is around 900mb, so it's not a small download!
You can find some screen shots here.
There is a Torrent download link here.
I will probably be installing it in the next week, so I will post some screenies then.
