Nah, it would be too easy for spammers like me.
What about a certain amount of GC$? I would never spam for GC$, so that is a liable option.

Ummm...special exceptions? 
You can save GC$ for it as an alternative, and I'm sure many members would be more than willing to donate to you, including our GC$ tycoon friend, Darren.
