3.first click on banner for enter site

4.click on sponsored links
or
5. till U waitig for open site, visit some of this down site (2 google ads)

No. Google has strictly prohibited adsense users to motivate users directly to click on ads.

No, as far as I know, they are not appropriate. Even advising people to click on text advertisements as a suggestion is not accepted, if it is a direct case of intended influence.

Never ever use any such sentence or words on your site.. this would result in immediate ban without any notice.. also I would suggest you to read google adsense TOS before implementing any such changes!

You have to get the point of view of the advertiser: he wants target traffic, not all traffic. He wants make sales, subscriptions, etc.
So, Google not alow everithing that may create an artificial increase of traffic.
