I agree. The highest I've ever bought was 75 GB, but it doesn't last long enough. I have a friend whose site had to have 300 GB per DAY. Talk about their payment each month! Probably around $500, geez! _________________ I have Orkut, so if you need an invitation, don't hesitate to ask by giving me your First, Last Name, and your e-mail address.

Actually, I'd like to have a site like that. Must mean it's rather popular - is your friend selling that site? |

Nope. He's opening a new one. It was VERY popular.
It got into USA Today, and other news sites. The one site I work for has been in almost 10 publications I think. _________________ I have Orkut, so if you need an invitation, don't hesitate to ask by giving me your First, Last Name, and your e-mail address.

| i also think IPB is better than phpBB and i also seen someone didnt know how to create a database and another person said to contact his host. on the off chance you are hosting yourself all you need to do is login to the mysql shell as root and type "create database x" without the quotes. also note 'x' is just an example. replace it with whatever name you want for the database. youll also have to grant permissions to it for users. you can look that up yourself mostly because i cant think of it off of the top of my head and im tired. |
