Hi everybody I was going to email everybody who has posted enough here at GC the following:

If you do not have time for a chat then why not send me a document to the email with things listed that you would like to see changed at GC, this would actually speed up the process of getting things done so if you can do that then please do so but don’t forget I’m still open for the chat as promised.

But after sending it to a couple of people I realized that this would take ages so I have changed the way we are going to do this, you can still use that email address to send your ideas to me as this is the quickest way I will get them but I have also created a chat on my site and then anybody can join.
If I see you online I will invite you into a private chat room to talk with me, I can only talk with one person at a time so please be patient.
