Is this a PHP site? Did you use a template? I think I have seen this type of site quite a bit.

Although I hate the color pink I happen to like it. It's easy on the eye and the navigation is friendly. I think the web page is a little to long though. You need to remove some things to shorten it up, start with how many people are online, that's useless to most. Anyway, overall I like it.
