What programs do you use to secure your PC?

I use the programs listed below and have had zero issues from virri spyware trojans or worms for so long I cant remember, of course a little common sense goes a long way Rolling Eyes but I would recommend them to anyone.

(All freeware btw)

AVG Anti-Virus http://www.grisoft.com

Sygate Personal Firewall http://smb.sygate.com/

SpywareBlaster http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

Spybot-S&D http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Also worth mentioning here are FireFox and of course Gmail Wink

AVG, A router, and MS Anti-Spyware. I run those every once in a while. That's all the protection I need. I also use Firefox and Thunderbird but it's not for security reasons.
