If you want to remove the "ugly" toolbar at the top of your blog, just modify its template and add the following html tags around the body, just like this :

That's a thing i do on my blog and it works perfectly !

Hey Mocs wheres the body of the html i don't no mutch html and thanks for the comment FadE. I really wanted to talk about this forum as it's brilliant!
Yeah anyway I just added some more content to the blog please view it the URL is in the first post of the thread! 
I am also saving some of googles webpages ( I have no internet connection at home though I have a computer) for referance so i can write some more posts.

Thats not good Sam respect the owners , it doesn't hurt any one but if all users did that it will be a great problem , pay back by leaving the toolbar .
