I feel that soon Gmail will include a way to send digital photos within emails.

I have to say I'm impressed with the software from the 20 min. I've been using it. Even if I just kept it as a photo organizer, it seems pretty nice.
I really enjoy how it sorts the photos by date. Maybe all other photo organizers do this too... I guess this is my first in a long time.

I just downloaded and installed it. I have got a lot of pictures all over my computer (I can never find the picture I was looking for) and it looks good. It sorts the pictures by date, thats really nice.
Probably you notice right away that I haven't really used a photo organizer before  but I like this. I have already seen pictures I forgot about. |

the software is great..i have over 2000 pictures on my computer and need an organizer. this is another great step by google to step up and get on top of the world.

| I didn't find it that great because the package that came with my friend's digital camera can do the same. It does have some nice features though like getting rid of red eye. |

| Photoshop has the file browser which is cool. I just try and keep all my photos organized as I get them in My Pictures and everything, each one having a different folder from when I took them. Name the folder, date it, voila. Is Picasa very different to that? Sorry for my ignorance or if I'm asking a dense question but I just haven't downloaded it yet. |

It's worth it for a general organizer for photos. It has some touch-up features for photos but I'd suggest using something else for that.
My opinion: If you have a lot of photos it is worth it so you know what you have and where it is.
