Ello,
I've seen the sites that have the little icon (like the GC icon by http://www.googlecommunity.com) and I can't seem to find the meta tag that lets you do it...anyone have any ideas of where it may be lurking? |

I use FFox 1.0.6.....
The GC Icon sometimes appear, sometimes don't...
Yeah i look into the source, theres no script like this.

well, i dont know. its IPB.

It's phpBB, and no, you don't really need to put it in meta-tags on individual web-pages. Just put the "favicon.ico" file in the root directory of your website and the browser will automatically trace it.
And yes, it MUST be named 'favicon.ico'... |

HI thanx 4 your suggestion.
it's working properly on mozill but it doesn't work on Internet explorer. What should i do to display on internet explorer too.
Can anybody give me a suggestion how it works in internet explorer? |
