I was wondering which blogging service is better:
Blogger by Google
or
Livejournal.com
All my friends are using livejournal.com but I have seen a bunch of people move to blogger. Livejournal has been working fine for me, but I'm wondering if blogger has more features, or is more customizable, etc.

| blogger by far, imo. i hate livejournal. of course nothing beats a blog hosted locally on your own server. |

I have to go with blogger. Without a doubt, blogger. It was the first blogging tool I used, but I have tried many others, and I will stick with blogger.

Blogger has many features that you have to pay other web journal clients in order to get/remove. No advertisments (must pay to remove), edit html (free with blogger), audio blog (most don't even have this yet) which is currently free with blogger. Blogger is the world's greatest webjournal. Selah!

| blogger is way better compared to livejournal. but i think there are areas where google can do so much better. they should try to add trackbacks and categories. i don't know why they didn't think of that in the first place. |

Another good one that I and my friends use is http://www.thediary.org. It's especially easy to use compared to Blogger and LiveJournal. I have my non-PC literate friends update their travel journals there - this way they keep me informed easily from wherever they are.  |
