I have GDS installed on 2 computers; on one computer using MS Outlook as the email client, GDS indexes the email with out problem with over 36K items. On the 2nd computer running MS Outlook Express, GDS shows "0" email items indexed and when making a desktop search, email data is not included.
Any ideas? Is it some difference between MS Outlook and Outlook Express? Both systems run Windows XP Pro as well as MS Office 2002.
