Have you changed the policy? you restrict the amount of GC per day. Do you have plans to restrict the number of posts also?
i would only suggest that such restrictions is not condusive to the increasing membership. However i leave the business/ forum decision to you.

I think that there should be a minimum of 2 characters to a post (for people who just reply with the word No to a question and stuff), and that there should be a 10 second gap between making them, but not editing them, to prevent spamming.
