it is:
how do you get 2 big animals 'elephant' in a small car 'mini'
then he goes how do you get to wales in a mini
which also is two large animals except its also a country next to england where you go over a bridge called the severn bridge to get to wales.
so you say over the severn bridge to trick them!
Im the only one here that gets it. probally because i live near wales in england 15 mins away from the sevn bridge |

I've heard that joke before but in a different way
How to get two elephants into a bottle in a way so they wouldn't touch each other?
you put another elephant between them  
Here is another one:
what do you do to get an elephant into the refrigerator in three steps?
1. open the door
2. put the elephant inside
3. close the door
Now, what do you do to get a giraffe into the refrigerator in four steps?
1. open the door
2. take the elephant out of the refrigerator
3. put the giraffe inside
3. close the door
I know they are so silly and not very good and stupid but so is your joke
