Your site is number 1 for the same search in MSN which is a good start.
The flash header on your site won't help but you obviously need your site's design to look good as well as being optimised.
By adding a few external links to your site with the keywords in the anchor text and optimising the text a bit more the results should improve in Google too.

Possibly, it could have risen during the Big Daddy update and then been removed or perhaps you had a high PageRank website linking to your page with "lawn care ulster county ny" as the anchor text which has now been removed causing the results to rise while the link was active.
Normally with Google you have to be patient, generally older websites gain higher results than newer ones and it may just be a matter of time before your page gets high results in Google.
