GoIP = Google over Ip which is just Google.com and Yahoo Call actually uses some sort of voice type thing so I would have to side with Yahoo.
Personally, I haven't used either service's voice protocol so I couldn't give you a good answer. _________________ Info Sharkz

Like I said, I haven't used either so I couldn't tell you. Just pointing out that GoIP doesn't mean VoIP unless you say GVoIP but it would just be easier to say Google Voice.

Google Over IP will be a good thing
If we call someone then they will see our Computer's IP on their Phone _________________

Highly doubt it, if Google does provide an option like SkypeOut it may be in the form of 000001234 like Skype does.

Did you fail to read what I said? I'm talking about the Called ID, not the ability to call a land line phone.

I was reading somewhere (Can't remember the exact location I'll see if I can find it later) but it was talking about how some of the ISP's are taking the type of packet that the VOIP uses and degrading the quality of it or slowing them down as they pass through in order for people to switch to their service. If people get bad enough quality voice chat using whatever service they are they are hoping that by switching they will get better service. Anyone else heard anything about this? _________________ Sometimes I get the urge to run around naked....then I drink some windex and it keeps me from streaking. |

Yea, I heard about that. It's a terrible thing. If SBC (AT&T) started to do this then I would end up switching ISP providers. _________________ Info Sharkz
