it is very easy

firest you need JRE 1.5

http://java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp

after downloading and install

download Rembot GUI

change the config.txt
user=XXXXXXX     username of the email id without @gmail.com
password=welcome    password
domain=gmail.com      always same Smile

roomname=REMBOT ROOM any room name
motd=This room has been generated rembot some descriptioni about your room
logs=off
public=yes

thats all

read readme.txt for how to execute the program.
