I get this message:

"Loading...

This seems to be taking longer than usual. Your session may
have been interrupted. If your account doesn't appear in the next few
seconds, please refresh this page in your browser.

If you continue to have trouble loading your account, please
visit the help center for
troubleshooting information."

The help center page lists some possible trouble making software, none of which I use.  One of them is Zone Alarm Pro.  I have standard which lacks the options Google says to adjust in Pro.

Never mind. I cleared my cache and it works again. I hope this information is useful for anyone else having the same problem.

I haven't had any problems with gmail, but the latest release of Firefox has been crashing constantly for me. Sad

I've had the same message in the last few days. Is it something with FireFox or with gmail? And, sorry to seem so dumb, but how do you clear your cache?

Look under Tools; Options; Privacy. There's a tab for "cache" there.
