I got this email from a friend and I want to forward it to many people in my contact list. I know how to compose an email and send it to multiple contacts but not for one that I have received. If you could show me how to do this step-by-step I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Well, I've never had occasion to do that, and a quick look doesn't show any quick, intuitive way of doing this.
What you could do, is compose a dummy email addressed to all of your contacts, and copy the "To" field.
Then, discard that, forward the message you want to yourself, and then paste your list of contacts into the BCC field.
Not sleek, but it should work okay, if someone doesn't have a better response. _________________

Are you by any chance talking about a chain mail? The only way I can see you'd be able to do this is adding each contact to the To: field individually. I don't think there's any mass email sending tools in GMail.
Possibly the same thing as mondine was suggesting, only I didn't really understand what he was saying. _________________ Football Rumours | Gloog |
