Low tide rises fast
Once again like before
Washing up memories
Ones left for nevermore
Splashing in the waves
Sent to drown me once again
It's been like this for many moons
And soon needs to reach an end
Treading water, hardly caring
That my toes may barely touch
Living with the fear of drowning
Has never bothered me that much
