hi?

when i logon to windows xp.i get a winlogon.exe - application error.on
clicking ok or the cancel option, the computer restarts.any suggestions?

try to boot in the safe mode and check or fix the error you got. if that is not possible try to repair your system by inserting again the installation cd on boot-up and clcik the option to repair. Note that you should set the boot-up system to boot on cd. I hope you know how to do it.

Another question about this error message. besides what andrew asked...How far into the windows boot up are you able to get? Is windows still fully functional or does this error keep you from using your computer completely.

Do you use any software which can change graphics interface? Some of them edit or replace this file because it contain logon picture.
