Almost a year ago I found an image using Google. I don't remember
whichwords I used in order to find it, but I've still the image. I
wouldlike to find again the website where this pic was allocated, since
Iremember there was more images related.
Would be possible to search for images in Google with an specific size? In this case, 147 KB.

You could try that, or length and width dimensions, in case it happened to be in the file description.
Otherwise, you can use the Advanced Image Search to narrow the size down somewhat (small/ medium/ large), file type, description includes and excludes, etc.
