i heard the term premimum publishers for adsense so i was wondering how can anyone become a premimum publisher and what r the benefits that they enjoy?

No, premium publisher is publishers who joining Google Adwords and have many impressions per day! With these premium members, they have more opportunity from Google than us. Hope it help!
