I can't see any way to do this using Gmail's current filtering options, but I have some filters with names like "Ad" or "Bulletin Board". They do two things:
1. Apply the named label 2. Get archived (Skip the inbox)
So what I want to do is forward all emails that actually make it to my inbox (doesn't get caught by ANY filter) to another address. Does anyone know of a way to do this?

2 ways might work
1. Create an additional filter that Negates what your current filters do. Try taking your current filter settings, surrounding the relevant info in parenthesis, and putting a '-' sign in front. Example
If you are using in the FROM file: Mark John Andy your new filter would be -(Mark Johhn Andy)
However, you can only have ONE of these types of filters, and you need to be able to negate ALL your current filters that are archiving. In other words, it must do the opposite of all your current filters, and if the condition is met, then its safe to forward it.
2. Forward everything, or use POP3 to download everything, then filter out the emails from your other account to trash the ones you are archiving in GMail
Feel free to send me your current filters, Maybe I can offer more help.
Good Luck,
Mark
