does anyone think that America (probably with Britain) will invade Iran? because a large amount of British soldiers (im not sure about Americans) are getting taken out of Iraq.

I can't vote for this subject, FYI.
I can say that if it does happen, it will be for good cause. We have been threated not only with audio but also with video tape on weapons of mass destruction. We have been "sentenced" as they call it, to meet with god as a whole coutnry. Meaning: they have it in their plan to kill every last american.
I will fight this war voluntarily if it comes.

I just don't see it happening, myself. There simply isn't the political will and support in the US.
Even those that supported the war in Iraq aren't talking about much else except exit strategies.
I think a whole new war 'over there' would bring US citizens out in protests on a scale that hasn't been seen since the days of Vietnam.

(note: in case you will misunderstood...there's nothing wrong with it if it'll be for good cause. There should be of course evidence of weapons programs, and it's very good if credible evidence exists (please, spare us and cut out of your dictionary term "weapons of mass destruction"...). There's nothing wrong about defending yourself from existing and realistic threat. It's just that...US lost a lot of credibility when justifying invasion of Iraq precisely the same way. So...just let this time UN, NATO and EU do their job. And in case you haven't noticed, they are considering Iran a threat. They didn't thought so in case of Iraq. They were right)

Actually, if there will be a war, I somewhat hope, for the sake of Iranians, that it will be Israel vs. Iran war. If you look back at history, Israel only attacks when faced with real, existing threat, and their war efforts are concentrated on destroying specific strategic installations that are behind a threat.
BTW, how's US attacking Iran less politically motivated than attack of Israel? 
PS. It's a pity that you are so reluctant in "getting along" on personal level...that's where making the world a bit better place starts, you know... |

Although I didn't support the Iraq war effort, I'd definitely justify an invasion of Iran. Iran is potentially more dangerous and just as intolerant towards its citizens as Iraq. They also made direct threats about retaliation and such.
I doubt Israel would attack, because, well, it wouldn't be very convenient for them nor would it be viable since they probably wouldn't get permission to cross borders from Iran's neighbours. I doubt that they'd even deploy fighter jets, unless they feel very threatened, after the Iranian president announced that "Israel should be wiped off the map".

I reckon they will, they invaded iraq, so i think they will same with Israel. They think they have weapons of mass destruction, that theres is a connection between iraq and iran.

isreal only fights when they see some benefit. i dont mean to sound reacist, but i really think that if isreal invades iran, ww3 might start. really, i do. as for getting along on a personal level, i find it hard to get along with someone who seems to hate everyone and thinks that he is always right. sorry, but the fact is that i dont like you, and stop talking about things other than the topip in the thread. if you want to make a point that only concerns a certain individual, then send them a pm.
