Is there a html tag to put around words to stop google processing it as a relevant keyword?

So that google doesn't pick up selected words as a relevant keyword.

Well, there are some basic search operators that you can use, like the 'plus' and 'minus' signs.
But I don't know why you would initially include a search term and then request it be ignored.

For the search you describe, you'd use something like "cancer research -testicular" (without the quotation marks, of course.)

I know it's a strange request but I use google webmaster tools and want to regulate visable keywords 'In your sites contents' and take out none constructive keywords.

Not sure if that makes sense?

Oh, I see what you mean.
Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever seen the question pop up before.
It doesn't really seem likely, but I couldn't say for sure. Hopefully, someone will be able to give you a definitive answer.
