I have been using adsense for about a year now on my forums, but have never used it on a content driven website before.
This weekend I decided that I would give it a try just to see if I
could have any success. I have had fun doing it, and don't really care
if I make any money or not. Anyways, if you could rate my attempt and
perhaps give any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
PS. You'll know why I had a little bit of fun doing the site when you read the topic.

Your header image is stretched and the font is plain Times New Roman. Other than that, it looks fine.
By the way, linking to your website (especially a commercial one like this) is a bad first post. Introduce yourself in the appropriate forum first, offer your comments on a few other peoples' sites (at least 20, I'd say), and then you can talk about your own.
