Wow, you've had it all.

Its been strangely hot here for October but the forecast is for the coldest spell since the middle of the last century. Think I'd rather stick with today if I had the choice...

It's pretty warm here in Mumbai. Here's what the weather looks like today:
Maximum Temperature - 33.3 ºC
Minimum Temperature - 23.6 ºC
Relative Humidity - 71%
P.S. I copied all this from the morning paper. _________________

Huh? Are you sure? One of them is wrong. Though you might have been joking. _________________

Nope, I'm not joking. I'm used to cooler temperatures, and to be honest, -2°C is kind of warm for me.
People are usually adapted to the climatic condition of their standard habitat.
Anyway, other than that, take for example relative heat absorption. Say there is a bucket with water of which the temperature 10°C. Seperately think that there are two other buckets, 1°C and 20°C, respectively. Put your left hand on the first one(1°C), and your right hand on the second one(20°C). Now put both of your hands one by one on the 10°C water. You will feel warm on the left hand and cool on the right hand. Why? Pretty self-explanatory. |

Actually, I meant something else. I wanted to say that, if the temperature is -2ºC, the humidity cannot be 87%. It's got to be lesser. Or, if the humidity is 87%, the temperature cannot be -2ºC. It's got to be greater. Hope you understand it now. _________________

Humidity wouldn't be humidity at those temperatures.
Humidity is wetness in the air.
It would freeze though..at -2 Celsius.. |
