Don't you think they should have some kind of version system so people know when a change has occured so we can try out new features and such when it's updated?

Google SMS just graduated from the Labs, but will still be in beta for both the United States and United Kingdom.

Yahoo, just released its new SMS service, which is still in beta as well. The battle continues. Smile

I have been messing around with this and tend to get back:
Sorry, 'blah blah blah' did not return any results. For HELP on Google SMS, please reply with 'help' or go to http://sms.google.com.

I'm not sold on it yet... I use a Verizon Wireless phone, in the US... Anyone else have any luck with it?

Heh. I guess I'd worry, if they got to "CIA" quality. Where they can read the newspaper you're holding in the back yard.

But then again, most of the snoopy types would probably be looking at the swimming pools and saunas.

You know, you're probably right Mondine. The last time I checked it was supposedly getting within three feet in my area. That's a bit too close for my liking already. The information Google is amassing, along with many of their other technologies, I hope and pray they will only use it for the good in the future. Power tends to freak out even the good folks at times.

Yeah, you never know. Maybe one day a 'targetted ad' will be a picture
of you going out to pick up the paper on the porch that morning,
with the line: "You've got a rip in the back of your underwear".

And a link for "Fruit of the Loom".
